This workshop is for pre-incorporation, start-ups, spinouts, small and early stage companies seeking to develop effective strategies, plans and processes to enable them to achieve their sales objectives. The workshop is designed to benefit founders, directors and business unit leaders who have little or no previous experience of managing sales teams and sales processes.
This workshop will provide delegates with simple real world techniques and processes that may be applied to measure and manage the sales team as they work towards closing each Quarter and Financial Year.
The workshop includes sessions on how to identify and recruit the best sales professionals, how to identify and weed out under-performers and how to manage the expectations of the Managing Director and The Board.
